Chocolate chip biscoff cheesecake!

  • 1 pound Pillsbury big deluxe chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup (8 oz) cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup creamy Biscoff spread 
  • 1 cup powder sugar 
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream 
  1. Heat the oven to 350F. 
  2. Press the cookie dough on the bottom of an 8 inch square baking pan. Set aside. 
  3. In a mixing bowl add the cream cheese, biscoff spread and eggs. Beat until well mixed. Fold in the powder sugar. 
  4. Pour the Biscoff cheese mixture over the cookie dough and bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes. Remove from the oven and leave to cool completely at room temperature. 
  5. Cut into 16 bites. 
  6. In a heatproof bowl, microwave the heavy cream and chocolate chips for 1 minute. Stir to combine. Drizzle over the Biscoff cheesecake bites.
